Taking Final Fantasy elements and throwing them into a game that is heavily influenced by Monster Hunter, you get Final Fantasy Explorers. Mixing in online co-op play and a ton of objectives and challenging Eidolon battles, it's bound to be an addicting title to play together with friends.
I just got this today and basically made it a blind purchase. I'm a huge Final Fantasy fan so I was always curious and Monster Hunter also has its place in my gaming tastes. Seems like a great game to add to the 3DS library so far but it would be fun to set up some online matches with people here! Anyone else picking this up? The game is officially out tomorrow (January 26th) so post here if you do!
Yea, I just really like using our chat room while playing because it makes communication much easier. However, I feel weird about posting here saying "come to this other site!" Zero probably wouldn't mind though. He seems pretty darn laid back about that kind of thing. I'll do it when I'm around on Sunday for our next gathering
I'm already playing several times per week at night with Marsh and I've only ever seen you guys on last night but as soon as I entered, you all left. It just seems easier to post in here, organize a time when to play, and then we all go on
Most of the time I just go on around 10pm ET. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually a bit easier to game earlier though.
I'd be down for some "FFEX" tonight if anyone else is. I may be playing some Tri Force Heroes, but if that falls through, I'd totally appreciate any help in Square's game.
We played for a bit, along with some randoms that showed up in the room. Some of these players have been at this game HARDCORE. There was someone who was like, a Level 243 somethingorother. Craziness! Where do these people find the time to dump THAT much time into this game?!?
Because I'm totally jelly.
We quit a little after midnight, after finishing up a bunch of quests. I was about to fall asleep I was so tired at that point! I *might* be on later, depending on how awake I am after watching AMC's 'The Walking Dead' tonight.
Y'know, I thought the same thing when I first had to attack a Chocobo! Those things are always so helpful in every other entry in this franchise! Now suddenly they are our enemies. WHAT.
It'd be like if a Mario game came out and we had to stomp Yoshis to death.
