Done! I'll spiffy thus one up a but when I get back from out of state. Here for some sudden family business.
However, my copy of Xenoblade Chronicles X is arriving tomorrow and I am stoked! The reviews have been generally positive. I guess the game lacks slightly in areas but they can be overlooked for the sheer density and fun this game has. Looking forward to diving into it next week. Hopefully when I return sunday.
Oh wow, you're even more overpowered than I am. My main guy is only level 33. In my skells, the missions haven't been particularly difficult thus far. I pretty much do the same thing you do; wander around, kill things, explore, plant probes, do side quests, etc.
I did make SOME progress the other night. With the aid of my Skell, I was able to get rid of that "Cliffpercher" guy (he was a Lv10 crab -- one hit), and I went ALLLL the way around Noctilum on the water and discovered a secret beach! Wow!
Also, I now have Boze in my party, so thats rad. And his location IS marked on the map, so I'm confused how I missed it over and over and over and over....and over.
@mrbiggsly Ah, yeah, I guess I got lucky and picked the correct wire.
Gotta think about the choices you make in this game, else you may end up killing people!
@achhibbar I'm actually not so sure that bit at the end is a cliffhanger, now that I think about it. I think it may instead be a way of damning these people for the choices they've made. It just doesn't feel substantial enough to be anything to build a sequel onto.
@Mop it up Yeah I'm not really sure what the point of it was - perhaps some DLC was planned and the poor performance of the console prevented them from moving forward.
There are some things that happen, like them suggesting that Mira is somehow alive and allowing alien species to understand each other. Or even that some force is trapping all these aliens on the planet for some reason. It all seemed to point to something that the game didn't come close to explaining.
