    Mega Man Zero goes on the wishlist, waiting for a sale to pick that up. Already picked up Mega Man 5, 6, and 7 for half-off yesterday.

    Apparently I'm $7 away from my second Digital Deluxe Promotion eShop reward. Might as well buy something to get over the top. It seems like Duck Hunt will be next week's marquee game, so I guess I'll get something off my wishlist, like Demon's Crest.

    Woohoo! Demon's Crest!

    I bought Xtreme 1 and 2, and Mega Man X3, and haven't played any of them yet. I think I'll wait for a sale on Zero as well.

    Man if Snake Eater 3D is cheap I might have go get it, just to be a freak and for the novelty of it, don't want to spend $40 on it though, nope.

    @nate38@Guillaume
    Demon's Crest is awesome, I had no idea that game even existed back in the day, it would have blown my mind! It still kinda blows my mind!

    Thanks for the general reminder here: the Digital Deluxe Program ends on December 31 as far as we know.

    @deathly_hallows

    I think Snake Eater 3D is $30.

    Gah that's still a lot of money, too much to justify since I own this on PS2 and have a perfectly functional PS2 in the closet someplace. Maybe when it goes on sale someday.

    Don't hold me to that, I'm just going based on what the MSRP is per Nintendo's site. That could be a different price in the eShop (that's happened before).

    From Nintendo press release "SteamWorld Dig is 50 percent off on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS until 8:59 a.m. PT on Jan. 1."

    Their website only shows the 3DS version on sale, but I'll be getting this tonight! (hopefully on WiiU)

    It will also net me a final $5 for the DDP

    Damn, and I thought my physical copy of Snake Eater 3D might be worth something someday!

    @anon_mastermind

    Hey, it's won a lot of awards...or you could get two of Two Tribes' games and still come out a dollar on top.

    @deathly_hallows , @ludist210

    Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D is a cool $19.99 on the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

    As an added bonus, if you buy the game from the eShop, you'll also get a free Metal Gear Solid 3D theme for your 3DS Home Menu screen.

    Wow, that was pretty obnoxious. Is this what kids are into these days...?

    I wonder if watching that was like how our parents' felt when they saw us play Earthworm Jim?

    Ooh, SteamWorld Dig for $4.99, people like that game right? I seem to be forgetting what kind of game it is but I'm pretty sure it's one that has some fanfare around here.

    I'm only 31 points away from my final $5 credit so I should get something.

    @anon_mastermind @TriforceBun I actually found the trailer pretty hilarious and then...

    Then the gameplay was shown. Wow that looks bad. Like, really really bad. Does Nintendo just not even bother with the seal of quality stuff anymore?

    @Zero

    Looked like Bit Trip Runner with stuff on the screen to confuse you. What's so bad about that?

    Game of the Year is funnier and plays better than Meme Run, and it's free. (And was made in a week.) Get your fix from that.

    @Zero
    @Jargon

    The controls are supposed to be pretty unresponsive.

    @Zero Sometime during the GameCube era, Nintendo removed the word "quality" from the seal and now it's just the "Official Nintendo Seal." And now we know why.

    I'm certainly not saying it's good or even that it's not bad, but it doesn't look to be so much worse than tons of other crap that's come out on Nintendo platforms over the last 30 years.

    @Mop it up

    Steamworld Dig is great! Really enjoyed it. One of my favorite indie games for sure.

    @Jargon

    Yeah, I think I just have a low tolerance for the whole "meme" aspect of the web. It feels like the most annoying elements of the internet were blended up into a game...
