I literally had Corneria bolded when... I changed my mind. While I've never loved Kingdom II, I definitely can appreciate it's Super Mario Bros. 2 references. It's a solid stage that I wish would have gone farther but I feel like Corneria is a bit played out. If this disappears then absolutely no Brawl-related stages will make it. That's kind of fascinating to me. 2.) This is the hardest of the four in this bracket. I love both so much and miss Hyrule Castle a bunch... but Great Bay represents Majora's Mask which desperately needs more representation in the Smash series. I have a lot of fun with the turtle and kicking someone's ass as they ricochet off the dock and into the water. 3.) In my opinion Fourside never should have made it here. Brinstar Depths is funky and fun to fight on for it's uniqueness. 4.) I'm pretty disappointed Pirate Ship lost like it did. While Saffron City is fun, it's not as interesting as Peach's Castle. Easy pick.

Only 2 of them are in the top 10 list which I will be publishing once this whole thing is done. A bit disappointed by our final 8 but what can you do? Corneria and Kingdom II is a tough one, but I have to go with the classic. Hyrule Castle was a pretty quick choice for me, just never got into Great Bay. Brinstar for sure in this match-up. Definitely. Honestly, could go either way on this one. Picked Saffron because Peach's Castle annoys me a bit.

Corneria and Brinstar Depths were the easier choices. Hyrule Castle and Peach's Castle (both excellent castles, by the way) are classics, but I have to side with their opposition in this instance. Very tough call, but Great Bay and Saffron City are two of the very best stages in the series.

Delfino, WarioWare, and PictoChat are among my all-time favorites, and Pirate Ship might be my absolute favorite stage of all. A handful of these stages are just okay to me! Oh well.
