Fun Facts: Vast open world where you could go find the end of the game within 15 minutes… but you won't survive it. Weapons have stats and durability. Climb pretty much anything you want. Eat and cook to regain health. Full voice-acting for all except Link

I was wandering around the Gerudo Desert and stumbled across a giant sand shark...or sand whale? I dunno. It killed me instantly when I first found it, but upon a reload I was able to snipe it from a plateau with Bomb Arrows. I didn't want to fight it, but I couldn't cook with foes nearby. So my hand was forced.
I hope the spoils from the victory are valuable. And I wonder what other huge monsters are on the outer perimeters of the map? If any.
Just been wandering around and completing Shrines lately. Found one in the north mountains hidden in a maze. I won’t lie, after about 20 minutes hitting dead ends, I turned to an online guide. Even with that, it was confusing! Props to anyone that figured that place out on their own!
They make if far to easy by making the walls climbable and also making you get Revali's Gale before you even find it. they should've made a roof on it.
I feel like the mazes should have given you more then just a shrine. In the end, you know you're going to get a spirit orb and maybe some equipment or gems. In the older games beating a dungeon gained you a brand new piece of equipment.
I'm pretty sure they stayed there, but it's possible some of them started to disappear as I dropped too many. Still helped me know which ways I'd went most recently.
Ah, that’s pretty clever! I think I could have eventually found my way to the shrine inside the maze, but I was too impatient.
I found another Shrine kind of by accident while exploring a place called The Forgotten Temple. There was a gauntlet of tough enemies guarding the place. I took out a few at a time, but it was taking too long. So I figured I would just make a run for it.
I didn’t think that was going to work, but somehow it did! I also had to laugh because on my way out, several of the foes shot at me, but Daruk’s Protection reflected the projectiles back at them all, all at the same time! I was happy to collect all the Ancient Springs, Gears, and Cores! Bwa ha ha!
I teleported back to Kakriko because I didn’t think I’d survive the gauntlet going back!
