I am also pulling for Denver. Hopefully it will be a good game unlike the Bronco's last appearance. I just got done prepping the pizza toppings for tonight's festivities. I invited a few people over. 4 hours to drinks and good food. Go Broncos.

Woo, NASCAR on Sunday. They already had the Sprint Unlimited on Saturday, with the Can-AM Duels on Thursday (NICE), and then the big dealio on Sunday -- followed by WWE Fastlane, what a two-shot!

Speaking of which, I'm now reminded that Fastlane and the 500 were on the same day last year, too. I couldn't believe then, and I can't believe now, that the WWE didn't sponsor a couple of cars. Wrestling fans / NASCAR fans; can't imagine theres a TON of difference.

Two days until Pirates Spring Training officially opens!!

I love Spring Training so much. All the joy of baseball without the horrible angst, ha ha. I can just lay there and listen to meaningless, beautiful games without worry if we win or not!

FIRST SPRING TRAINING GAME STARTS IN TWO MINUTES! FINALLY!!

NFL Free Agency started today, and I'm already seeing some weird stuff. Heir apparent Brock Osweiler has left Denver..for Houston?? What? Matt Forte to the Jets..I don't like that.. Lets see what else I find notable:

Now, Denver is left with one QB on the roster -- a guy I've never even heard of. Hoo boy..

Because of the family I'm moving towards being a part of, I'm a Cubs fan as well as a a Tigers fan. That said, im currently on a train inbound to Chicago in order to see the Cubs play. I'm pretty excited, as I haven't been to Wrigley Field.

They've beaten the Nationals twice so far, the other best team in the league, so I'm hoping for a third win today. Funny enough, after tomorrow, the Nationals go play a set against my beloved Detroit Tigers.

The Cubs won! It was a really good game. First the Nationals led, then Chicago, then the Nationals, then the Cubs, then the Cubs took a bigger lead, then they held strong and took it to the finish. Exciting stuff!

Final Score: 8-5 Cubs!

Cold as ever though with that wind. We are all wind burnt.

It's kind of hard for me to care about the Stanley Cup playoffs this year since the Red Wings aren't in it.

It feels strange.
