Woo Royals!

Sorry 'Stache. I gots to root for the Royals. I remember liking them as a young kid because their primary team color was blue. Stupid reason but a reason nonetheless.

Bam, Cowboys blow out the Seahawks (Sorry MissyPissy - Saw your post on IGN) Without the special teams poor play the score would not have been so close...
10/13/14, 03:18
@gtarrant
The one game I wish they didn't lose all year :( Cowboys really stuck it to them. Seattle just couldn't do anything and Dallas could do what they wanted. Even in the second half, that Romo 20 yard 3rd down pick-up was a back-breaker. He did the same thing against Houston (almost looked like a mirror image, except not in the endzone).

I would say "at least we've got the Rams next week!" but the Rams play us tougher than any team.
10/13/14, 16:27
Well this might be the highlight for this kicker's college career.

10/14/14, 15:31
What the flipping hell?!

http://www.news.com.au/sport/nrl/jarryd-hayne-quits-nrl-for-nfl-world-reacts/story-fndujljl-1227091386133

Thankfully Hayne doesn't play for the Bulldogs, so this doesn't really have an impact as far as I'm concerned (Parramatta Eels supporters will be livid though). But it will be interesting to see how he goes over in the American game.

NFL guys, keep an eye out and let me know.

A 30-23 loss is in which the Cowboys were down at least half of the game is not a blowout by any stretch.

Cowboys played well and deserved to win.

Seahawks need to get it together. We've only played well in one game so far (Packer game).

We have a division game on the road next week against the Rams and they will be jacked up to play us.

GO SEAHAWKS!!!
10/15/14, 21:08
Despite Seattle "owning" the Rams for years, they play us harder than any other team in the league.
10/15/14, 21:42
Yeah, and they looked pretty good during the first half of their game against the 49ers. It kinda fell apart for them in the 2nd half.
10/15/14, 21:54
Poor Buck.

With the Yankees stinking up the joint, I was hoping either he or Mattingly would get a WS ring.

KC just has that "team of destiny" look to them, unfortunately...
10/16/14, 02:54
I hope KC sweeps in the WS. That'd be real awesome.
10/16/14, 17:02
@TheBigG753

Mattingly is my favorite player ever, and I would have loved to see him get a ring, but boy do I dislike the dodgers. The only teams a hate more are boston and St. Louis. And I agree about the royals. They are playing some incredible baseball right now. The WS should be entertaining. I don't foresee any blowouts.
10/17/14, 07:24
@Shadowlink

What team is he going to?

@TheBigG753
@missypissy
@Koovaps

It was a sad, sad week. I'm not like "pissed" though, more just of a "ho hum" type of thing. Kinda caught off guard. "At least they got that far!" "Yeah, I went through that 4 times with the Bills.." Same 'ol.

@Mr_Mustache
Hey, at least you guys made it and not the fucking Yankees or Red Sox!!!

REPORTS out of Seattle are saying the Seahawks have traded Percy Harvin to the New York Jets for a conditional mid-round 2015 pick.
WHAT
THE
FUCK

Yep, it's true. ESPN is reporting it. Harvin is a Jet.
10/18/14, 03:02
@Mr_Mustache

No team yet apparently. He's trying to get a spot on a training squad. A lot of the teams would be looking at him though.

He's one of the best fullbacks in our game, so apparently he's looking at being a kick returner or something? I dunno.

EDIT: Ok so it seems that the Detroit Lions are after him, offering him a training deal, along with around 'five other clubs'. And as a running back? I don't know what that is. What an odd game

The Vikings/Bills game is an example of what happens when two bad teams run head first into each other.
10/19/14, 23:15
@Shadowlink

Running Back? He could very quickly find himself in Buffalo. #1 guy went down today with a groin injury, #2 guy broke his collarbone, #3 guy can't block a pass rush. Oy.

@chrisbg99

That was something else. Oy.

EDIT- Oh, Bears..

@Mr_Mustache

I described it to OldManFromZelda as the resistible force vs. the movable object. Even with a low score you can't say it was good defense more than it was bad offense.
10/20/14, 01:15
@chrisbg99

HAHA!! Thats awesome. --Are you guys texting or something??

EDIT- Nascar race was pretty sweet today, very intense. Brad Keselowski NEEDED to win to advance to the next round..and did! Kasey Kahne, Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, and Dale Jr. were all eliminated from championship contention. Pretty wild stuff out there.

Twitter. We were arguing which team was worse. I think I won.
