@PogueSquadronI'm a bit worried about this as well. The 3DS version kinda DID steal the other version's thunder. It's a much more improved version, that much is obvious, but the handheld one is still Smash 4 Lite. It does excite me for the Wii U version though, I know that. But not everyone will feel the same. Goddamn shame if the 3DS version seriously hurts the WIi U version sales wise. I didn't wanna get the demo because it's a form of spoiler for me personally. I wasn't sure if I wanted the 3DS version, and only reason I don't is because I don't want the Wii U version to feel a bit been there done that when I get to it. I might just get the 3DS version but not pour all that many hours into it. Be nice to save it for trips and stuff like that maybe. I'm happy I got it though because the handheld version alone tells me how great the Wii U one will be in terms of (even superior) controls. Not to mention visuals, fps, details, 4 players, better and more music, etc. The characters control so well though, and I can't wait to see that translate into the home console version with all the great controllers Wii U will support. |
