Hooray! Baseball is back AND Pirates won on a walk off hit by Neil Walker! What a tense game, and TWO replays to boot. Wish they were quicker, but I'm glad the correct call was made on both of them. Especially since... they both went in our favor, lol.

Anyone else see any games today that utilized the new replay?

Seattle is a top the AL West and is tied for the best record in Baseball.

Messed up NASCAR for me yesterday, pushed it back so I missed the end of the race (even though I saw the first 300 laps..) so I have to watch it later (and tiptoe around the internet), and then its raining outside for real here, and cold as S. Freakin' awful.

Vancouver misses the playoffs for the first time in quite a few years. At least April-June will be stress free!

Reminds me of a time when I went to Baltimore with The Big Guy, and the O's were getting creamed by the Yankees. I was sitting in the lower bowl, but up behind home plate a bit, SURROUNDED by terrible Yankees fans. I started to get boisterous, and that JERK got up. Gosh, I can't believe I can't think of his name right now (Curtis Granderson??). He's the guy who TILT-TILT-TILT-TILTs the bat before he swings. When he got up, I went "I'm GONNA SWING - I'm GONNA SWING - I'M GONNA SWING - I'M GONNA SWING" in time with his tilts. I was getting a bunch of laughs all around me...and all of those fans ERUPTED at me when he belted a towering homer, I got the smiling "OHHHHH!!" points at me, while I just sat down with a grinning *sigh* face and "I-can't-believe-it What The F" arms.

It was quite the moment.

Just got back from the Tigers/White Sox game tonight in Detroit at Comerica Park. Pretty awesome game! We won 8-6 but it was damn close because it was 8-3 at the 7th Inning Stretch and in the 9th Chicago almost came back. Besides the chilly wind it was a great game. I was so happy to be only six rows from the visitors dugout. Great great seats.
