It appears that there are two new sales happening at the same time? Not sure if this is a coordinated effort or what. Lots of great titles in here, so if you have been holding off, now might be the time to jump in! This is for North America only, although I believe that Europe may be having similar sales.

First, Nintendo is offering 30% off of several 3DS digital downloads:

Through May 9th, 2013:
Pushmo - $4.99
3D Classics: Kirby's Adventure - $4.99
Dillon's Rolling Western - $6.99
Fluidity: Spin Cycle - $7.99
Tokyo Crash Mobs - $4.99

Second, Shin'en is offering 30% off of several of their games across the Wii U and 3DS:

Through May 9th, 2013:
Nano Assault EX (3DS) - $9.99
Art of Balance TOUCH! (3DS) - $4.99
Fun! Fun! Minigolf TOUCH! (3DS) - $3.49
Nano Assault NEO (Wii U) - $6.99

Finally, old news but good news, Level 5's Guild01 titles are still on sale and will be for awhile:

Through May 30th, 2013
Aero Porter - $2.99
Crimson Shroud - $4.99
Liberation Maiden - $4.99

Oh, well then I'd probably wait if I had a huge backlog. And, like I said, it's worth full price too, in case it doesn't show up on CN.

@Koovaps
High five! You won't be disappointed by Art of Balance, I promise! The relaxing music alone makes it worth the price of admission, but thankfully it has some addicting gameplay too.

@shinriley
There's much more to Fluidity than merely getting water from one end of the level to the other. When you start out, that's pretty much all you need to do, while getting stray cogwheels to their door-opening mechanisms in order to advance, but soon you'll need to transform back and forth between the three states of water and solve all sorts of puzzles. In addition to finding the solutions to the puzzles, you'll also need to perform some skilled platforming manouvers to get through, especially if you want to get the higher rankings. There's more to the game than might meet the eye.

Liberation Maiden - Recommended at that price. It's a short game, but fun and entertaining while it lasts. Similar controls to Kid Icarus flying sections but simplified.
Aero Porter - if you have OCD, this will tickle your synapses appropriately. Luggage sorting sim. It's very bland, but quite challenging.
Pushmo - the best game on the eShop. Totally worth it for the unique puzzle gameplay and tons of content (and user-generated content).
Dillon's Rolling Western - Definitely worth a look at this price, but you might want to spring for the sequel (for a few bucks more) instead, if you're interested.
Art of Balance Touch - great WiiWare game, plays well on 3DS too. Check out the demo at the very least.
Fun Fun Minigolf Touch - decent game of mini golf, though nothing special really.

I've read that Code of Princess is now $29.99 on the eShop, not sure if a sale or a permanent price drop.

On sale this week, 50% discount on the Marvel tables in Zen Pinball 2 on Wii U and Marvel Pinball 3D on 3DS.

The sale is ending in a couple of days for the Nintendo and Shin'en games; I may buy a few after all!

Are there any other Wii U eShop games currently on sale? I'll try heading to the Wii U eShop tonight and taking a look, assuming there's a 'on sale' category to be found on the eShop front page.

Should we post here that two Wii U games got permanent price drops in the eShop?

Assassin's Creed III (now $39.99)
Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 (now $49.99)

I bought Fluidity yesterday as well. Not sure when I'll get around to it, but I couldn't pass it up.
