I like it when sequels are announced and I had no idea there was even a first. And no gameplay definitely makes it better when it's so unknown

Yeah, would like to see gameplay please! Is this the one that was on WiiWare and looked super fantastic from a rendering standpoint?

@-JKR-Yes. Played pretty well, too. The developer, Shin'en, does good work. I enjoyed their other games, such as Art of Balance, Nanostray, Nano Assault, and FAST: Racing League.

Modestly interested. I liked the demo of the first okay, but it didn't really "wow" me. I'd need to see some gameplay.
Shin'en support is very welcomed though!

There's a free demo of the original on WiiWare. I liked the controls and gameplay - reminded me of the first Jax game - but something about the art turned me off. I was planning on getting the full game eventually.

So hard to tell quality of a 3DS game from screenshots! Ah, they always look terrible... Well, I mean, "more terrible" than they ever look actually running in motion on the system itself. :)

Always annoying when a console game gets a sequel on the handhelds.
Came here rightfully expecting a Wii U game. I should pay attention to thread author more.

@carlosroxWhy does it matter which system the game comes out on? Don't you own both? Besides, it happens both ways. Metroid flips back and forth on where its sequels go. Same for Kirby, and very recently, Wario Land. Gotta go with the flow, I guess.

I must have missed this announcement when it happened. I had wondered if there were ever going to be a sequel with the way the first game ended.

I only played the demo of the first, but it was surprisingly playable and competent. Like FAST, it was definitely purchase-worthy.

@Mop it upBacklog, man. Backlog. To be honest, I just kind of forgot about it. I never bought FAST, either. Or a couple of other promising/fun Wiiware games. Buying a physical game without having the time to play it seems somewhat reasonable, since you can always sell it. Buying a digital game under the same conditions seems dumb. Well, they're both dumb, really, but I like to support the industries that I enjoy.
