As April rolls on, so does Nintendo's weekly download! Most of the heavy content won't launch until next week, which includes the only missing game in the Shin Megami Tensi series in North America. A new Virtual Console game appears on the Wii U, and Dillon's Rolling Western rides again on the 3DS. Be sure to check your favorite digital storefront for all of the latest updates today (April 11) at noon eastern.

    That's right, it's Kirby's Adventure month. Yay.

    I don't know why I was thinking Super Metroid was the next Wii U VC game. It must be next month then. I'll probably pass on Kirby's Adventure since I have the Dream Collection.

    As a soccer fan - I can safely say that you should NOT consider Soccer Up.. That game just looks/sounds Bad.

    That reminds me, I need to grab Punch Out while it's still 30 cents. I'll be happy to have Kirby's Adventure too, for off-tv play in bed.

    Dillon's Last Ranger - anyone can confirm the price? I quite liked the first game, but I don't know when I'll pick this up. Definitely going on my eShop backlog.

    @shinriley

    Wow, that looks far more ambitious than what I'd expect out of a "simple" DSiWare game!

    Also available this week: an UPDATE TO SWAPNOTE!

    Here's what this free update can get ya:

    1.) Take photos and record audio while writing notes
    2.) Enables reply attachments
    3.) Undo or redo your last pen stroke
    4.) Use a different color pen for each page of a note
    5.) Filter your notes to only see those created by a specific user or those marked as favorites
    6.) Delete multiple notes at once
    7.) Choose whether or not to receive special notes on a category-by-category basis
    8.) Faster load times
    9.) Continue receiving special notes directly from Nintendo after April 11, 2013

    Number 8 is the one I think most of you will appreciate!

    Nothing for me this week, I liked Dillon's but I don't feel a burning need to play a sequel.

    I'll need to wait and see on Injustice. I want it to be good, but I don't want to throw down full price on a fighting game.

    Do you have a 360 or PS3? The demo has been up on those since last week I think. As expected, it plays a lot like a Mortal Kombat game.

    Could some kind, European soul tell me if they've been able to get the Swapnote update? I know there was talk about us getting it last week, but I haven't been able to spot it anywhere.

    Those are some badass additions. Maybe I'll actually send some voice swapnotes for once.

    @anon_mastermind

    Yeah, I've always felt the photo and voice recordings were kind of hokey to add to notes. This streamlines the process A TON.

    If it's faster it's not by much. I don't understand why it can't download messages through SpotPass instead of just giving you the notification that you have messages. Everything should already be ready for me to read when opening the app and not have me waiting at a screen for them to appear.

    @VofEscaflowne

    The messages do download through spotpass while the system is asleep. When they're loading, they're not being downloaded: they're being processed.

    Same difference I know.

    Completely agreed. May snag it if they offer it at 4.99 on sale.
