Nintendo dates the Wii U Virtual Console Trial Campaign games

Most of us North American Wii U owners already got our 30¢ Balloon Fight download for Nintendo's 30 years, 30 days, 30 cents program. But when do we get our hands on the rest? Well, now you know.

Balloon Fight (NES) - From Wed, 1/23 to Thu, 2/21
F-ZERO (SNES) - From Wed, 2/20 to Thu, 3/21
Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (NES) - Wed, 3/20 to Thu, 4/18
Kirby's Adventure (NES) - From Wed, 4/17 to Thu, 5/16
Super Metroid (SNES) - From Wed, 5/15 to Thu, 6/13
Yoshi (NES) - From Wed, 6/12 to Thu, 7/11
Donkey Kong (NES) - From Mon, 7/15 to Tue, 8/13

Can't wait to replay Super Metroid on the GamePad!

I guess I will pick up Super Metroid and Kirby. F-Zero has aged horribly...

@anon_mastermind ohh poppycock.... 30 cents..... ugh lol. Then get the game and talk crap on it on the miiverse. Pay the money to let people know you have the game and your opinion is valid.

thats what i did with balloon fight, i just talk about it on miiverse all the time and paid 30 cents so i dont seem like my opinions are biased.

I'm definitely buying F-Zero, Punch-Out and Donkey Kong. I already own Kirby and Super Metroid on the Wii Virtual Consle, and Yoshi on Game Boy, so I'm less excited for those. I don't enjoy playing on the small GamePad screen as much as others seem to. But on the other hand....30 cents! Plus Club Nintendo coins!

Is F-Zero really that bad? Granted, I haven't played it in 20 years, but I did enjoy the GBA version. Also keep in mind that I have a bias towards early SNES games, and really enjoy stuff like Pilotwings, so I can't see myself hating F-Zero.

You make a good point. Have people gotten a club Nintendo survey for Balloon Fight? If so, how many? 10 Club Nintendo coins is probably worth 30 cents considering that $5+ games are often 100 coins.

If you liked the ambassador F-Zero, you'll probably like the SNES game although it's more rough around the edges.
