In theory it should be a firmware update (similar to how the 3DS added the eShop), but that wasn't made clear in the press release for TVii yesterday...

TVii is preloaded. It's one of the five icons at the bottom on the home screen, along with Miiverse, eShop, Internet and Notifications.

SWEET, Wario Land II! I've been waiting a long time for this one. I bought the GB game at Entertainmart, although it was marked in the handmade box as "Wario Land 3." When I opened it at home, I realized the label was partially torn and it was actually WL2. I played it and loved it, but the battery in the game was dead so I had to do the whole thing in one sitting.

Later I bought WL3 and didn't enjoy it nearly as much.

So Ludist, what's the story with TVii??
