As winter approaches and temperatures cool off, Nintendo's weekly download heats up to warm our gaming hearts. On December 13, the Wii U eShop adds two more demos and a retail title, while the 3DS adds a new retail title, two eShop titles, a Virtual Console title and two demos! DSiWare is still alive and kicking with three titles added this week, and Wii owners have another Neo Geo fighting game to play via the Wii Virtual Console. Look, someone reviewed Crimson Shroud! I bet he's handsome.

    I'm surprised there were still unreleased Fatal Fury titles.

    I read your review yesterday and I'm intrigued. Should I play the other titles in the Guild 01 series first though?

    I'm surprised the Wii doesn't have every Neo Geo title by now. Seems like that's all they've been releasing on the VC lately...

    No reason why you should, they're not connected.

    These are just small-scale games made by big names in Japan. They were grouped together to be sold at retail, but there is really no link between them.

    I noticed that the Rayman and Sonic demos were up on the Wii U eShop late last night... I think the shop might update at midnight.

    Looks like a good update for today! Awesome. Can't wait to check out that Art of Balance Touch! demo.

    EDIT: Also, Ninja Gaiden. Finally.

    Cool, two Wii U demos!

    @Guillaume, I appreciate the review! Sounds very good.

    @GameDadGrant

    I'm curious about that one as well. I enjoyed Fun! Fun! Minigolf TOUCH!, so I'll likely give the demo a spin and possibly buy the game. I'm really digging the quality of eShop titles (I already own 12 of them and I have six more on my Wish List, not including that game or today's Guild 01 game) on both the 3DS and Wii U.

    I was hoping Batman would show up as a download before Christmas. Time to open up my wallet again!

    @Deerock69

    Me too, but I just asked for it for Christmas. My mother-in-law wouldn't settle for the answer "I don't need anything," so I asked for it.

    Just wanted to give everyone a heads up: there is also an Adventure Time demo on the 3DS eShop.

    Thanks for the catch. Edited the OP to reflect that.

    It's times like this that I REAAAAAAAAAALLY wish Nintendo's content worked across systems. Le sigh.

    @GameDadGrantI saw that mentioned in the PR, and downloaded the demo, but I figured I had somehow missed it in a past PR somehow.

    I would return it to the store she got it from in exchange for point cards. 10% back on all downloads between now and December 2015 is just too good to pass up!

    @Kal-El814

    If it's any consolation, you can use that 10% back promotion deal thingy that owners of the Deluxe Wii U Set get (with purchases made on the Wii U's eShop), and use it on the 3DS eShop.
