Want a 3DS? Want Super Mario 3D Land pre-loaded on it? Then you're in luck. On November 23, a new 3DS bundle lands in North America.

Nintendo of America said:
Nintendo is giving early holiday shoppers a way to knock two items off their lists at once. Starting Nov. 23, a limited-edition version of the Flame Red Nintendo 3DS will come with Super Mario 3D Land pre-installed on the system. The bundle is offered at a suggested retail price of $169.99, providing an incredible value for holiday shoppers. If purchased separately, the system and the game would be offered at suggested retail prices of $169.99 and $39.99 respectively.

Since it launched, the Nintendo 3DS family of systems has sold nearly 6 million in the United States alone. The portable dual-screen system lets users see 3D images without the use of special glasses, while providing them with a wide variety of gaming and entertainment options. People can explore and purchase additional games in the Nintendo eShop, or watch the fun and funny 3D videos on Nintendo Video.

Super Mario 3D Land reinvents everything fans love about Mario gaming with the first platforming environment in true 3D. Players will experience an exhilarating new sense of depth, distance and speed while running, jumping and stomping on enemies throughout the levels. Mario can also use the tail of his Tanooki suit to swipe at enemies or float down from heights.

Why not sign up for a (free) account?

This is pretty dope! I already have a 3DS though.

Yeah, it's really not a bad deal at all. $169.99 is the standard MSRP, and it comes with one of the best games for the system pre-loaded on it? I'd buy one if I didn't already own a 3DS and Super Mario 3D Land.

Nice deal! I wonder how large of an SD card it comes with? 4GB, I assume?

I'm just glad they didn't reveal any awesome 3DS XL bundles or new colors that would make me regret my purchase a couple of months ago. Although I do think it's strange that their special 3DS bundle for the holidays isn't an XL...

I'd assume 2GB, since that's what the standard 3DS usually comes with.

I actually really like the original 3DS, I'm having a hard time letting mine go even though I have a 3DS XL and it seems silly to have two units since your account it tied to one.

@deathly_hallows

Same here, esp. since I have the nyko power grip or whatever its called. I get around 12 hours of battery life and since I work 12 hour days, I don't want to go backwards, even w/ a larger screen. Plus, I have the Zelda collector's 3DS and I'm not getting rid of it, so yea, kindof a waste of money to get an XL. Plus, I happy with the screen's size on the regular 3DS and all the buttons, start, home, select, ect, ect work fine, even after owning for about a year and the thing is always in my pocket.

@gamewizard65
The little guy is way more pocketable, since I started gaming on my XL I very rarely take it anywhere, which means fewer streetpasses and play coins. It's one of the major drawbacks.

I saw this in a leaked Black Friday ad. I've been looking for a deal on a 3DS XL, but all the deals seem to be for the original model. :(
