@anon_mastermind All of the Minis games are a bit different, actually. The DS game is micromanagey and annoying, the DSiWare game is really good, and Mini-Land Mayhem stresses a slightly different kind of interaction (the belts, and such).
Actually, maybe the DSiWare game is a subset of the stuff in Mini-Land. I'd have to go back. Regardless, it's a good game.
The new layout is weird. They don't show you in which year the surveys expire. I've been saving a bunch of those surveys in case I need extra coins to get to Platinum status, and now I don't when I should fill them out.
I like the new layout except for not knowing which year your surveys expire. Everything seems to be running faster and more efficiently with the redesign.
I think I'll wait until next round of games up for grabs via coins. It's most likely to be Nintendo-published software, isn't it? Hmm, there's not much I haven't gotten already, lol.
Edit: So if you guys didn't know already, 3rd party retail 3DS games can be registered for coins.
Nice! I went ahead and spent my Club Nintendo Coins on 3D Classics: Xevious - the process was pretty quick and painless. I'm now downloading Fluidity, which I also spent my coins on. I'll nab Super Mario Kart next.
I've already purchased Mario vs Donkey Kong: Minis March Again!, so I'll pass on that one for now. But I highly recommend it for anyone that hasn't played it yet. The game is awesome - totally worth the $8 asking price, and is an absolute steal for "free!"

Ha, I was about to mention how my recent purchase of Nano Assault on 3DS came with a Club Nintendo code. Nice to see Nintendo spreading the love around!
