You don't have to tell me about indecision. I have NEVER decided on what to get at a restaurant before the very last second.

And I've decided to stop buying non-online Nintendo-published eShop games. But maybe I'll have to break that, because I'm almost out of points!

It's basically Battleship against a non-human opponent! And that's literally IT.

I don't want any Battleship game that isn't this.

Downloaded Cubello. Orbient was pretty fun, and I liked Boxlife even though I wasn't very good at it, so I've got a good feeling about Cubello.

I'm a little disappointed in Mario's Picross, myself. The game just seems hard to look at. Black and white, and the game board is shrunk down a bit...kinda hurt my eyes squinting at it.

@anon_mastermind

Haha, that is so funny for some reason.

Finished Cubello!

Took me about 6 hours to finish all 36 stages and play through the Endless Mode once. Of the three Club Nintendo games available now, I recommend it the highest for sure. Recorded some videos:

Downloaded Cubello as well. Excellent game. Highly recommended.

I got Mario's Picross. I'm having fun. Shirley loves it. Good times.

After doing a little research, it seems that most (if not all) of the puzzles from Mario's Picross are available as downloadable puzzles in Picross DS, meaning that I've already played these puzzles. Since I only have 260 coins at the moment, I'm better off saving my coins for something else.

I always hit a wall with Mario's Picross. I saw a good website once that had some nice advanced techniques for Picross, so I'll have to look that up again at some point.

Mario's Picross is excellent, I don't even mind not using the stylus as in Picross DS (although, obiously, the stylus is too awesome). However the only thing that I do miss from Picross DS is the indication of which rows/columns are completed by the fading out of the numbers. Towards the end of puzzles in Mario's Picross it can get hard to pinpoint where the last few squares are located.

Glad to see you enjoying Cubello. Check out Art Style: light trax if you're craving more art style goodness.

Thanks I will. And I've decided to give Fluidity another go too....eventually.

BTW just want to add, my girlfriend really, really likes Mario's Picross. She's addicted to it. Are there any Picross games I could get for her on GBA? I could get a Picross on DS and lend her my old DS, but the touch screen is iffy in some places so it probably wouldn't work well with Picross.

I also showed her a video of Picross 3D and I think it blew her mind a bit.

@Zero

Picross skipped the GBA, sadly.

I did direct her to InfinityWave's site, and I think she will get some use out of that. Hopefully not too much since her Ph.D proposal is due soon.

Although she didn't like that the Picross there doesn't notify her when she puts something in the wrong place like Mario's Picross does.

@Zero

Yeah, no Picross on GBA. The only close approximation I can think of is Polarium Advance.

But Polarium ain't no Picross.

@Zero

Nothing on the GBA, but if you come across Picross DS and Picross 3D, get those for her. My wife doesn't play many games on her own, but she completely 100%'d Picross 3D (gold medals on all puzzles, including every DLC puzzle) and she still plays it for fun.

@ludist210 Like I said though, my touch screen on my old DS is kind of wonky. It could be frustrating trying to play Picross on it.

Of course I could lend her my 3DS. But... you know... then I wouldn't have it.

I can always tell when she really likes a game, because instead of waiting for me to suggest playing games, she just goes into my bag/etc. and pulls out my 3DS and starts playing it.

Picross 3D doesn't need really accurate touch screen controls like Picross DS. And you can still play Picross DS with buttons.

Hmm.

And there are like a billion other DS games I could have her check out. She would probably be into Layton as well.

It's easier to play Picross DS with buttons, anyway.
