Well.

I can't disagree with gtarrant's assessment of the speed. There are a lot more loading times / lag / etc. than there should be. Especially on the character select screen, which makes no sense. The end result of this is that it feels a tad bit less pick up and play than it should.

Still, I'm enjoying it. It's a competent Hot Shots Golf clone. The early courses start off way too easy, but it's starting to get a bit challenging on the 3rd course, so hopefully it will actually have some real challenge later on.

I wonder if the speed of SD cards is effecting the loading and speed of the game since it's such a big game being run off the SD card. SD cards have different classes, which directly relates to their flash speeds.

I wonder how well the game would run on a class 10 SD card...

Hmm. I suppose someone may check this out and post about it... sometime.

I could just temporarily move it to my system memory and check how it runs there, right?

Hmm no, apparently 3DSWare games can only be stored on SD. How weird.

I hate that when you turn on the 3DS, anything that is on the SD card doesn't show up immediately. Those slots just look empty for a few seconds.
