So that was your plan Nintendo, spend years making us fat playing your videogames and then reap the profits but providing us with a way to get skinny again. Many of you may know I have a habit of getting a little obsessive with weight loss games, I create some sort of competition, work my arse of to ensure I win and then spend a few months piling the pounds back on. I am currently back to about 240 pounds, am feeling very lethargic and have started getting heartburn, this is not good. Over the course of the next few months I will be sticking to a calorie controlled diet (between 1500 and 2000 per day) while utilising the various tools provided by our beloved Nintendo systems. The plan is to start with 4 weeks of Wii Fit moving onto 4 weeks of Wii Fit Plus and finishing off with the 30 day challenge provided by EA Sports Active. I will update this thread as many times as possible, hopefully daily and will end the month with a review of the title I have been utilising. I may also throw in some bonus reviews of things like Cooking Guide on the DS just for kicks. I have found a good resource called Wii Fit Routine which I will be using to put together a routine based on weight loss and will see how that goes, I will be starting my first workout tonight and will post the routine here. I was planning on doing Wii Fit Monday, Wednesday and Friday while doing a 30 minute run Tuesday and Thursday giving me the weekend off.
