Eight Sonic titles on eShop this week

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog a special shelf will open on the eShop containing 8 Sonic Titles. It is unconfirmed whether these will be all classic titles or if any new games will feature (I will leave that to ludist210 on Thursday) but at least it will fill out the shop a little more.

For confirmation check out the 9:50 mark of this issue of Nintendo Week.



Update: Seems this may just be trailers, a little misleading but lets hope these are game gear games etc...

Were there eight Sonic games on the GG? Maybe some of the Sonic Advance games...?

Anyways, I'll post once the PR hits. It's still not present.

EDIT: Ah, okay. We'll know by Thursday for sure.

I edited out my list, but there were more than just eight if you include games like Sonic Drift, Sonic Spinball, etc.

If you pair it with these news from last week, then at least you have a strong chance of two of those titles being Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble and Sonic Drift 2.

Yeah, Sonic Adventure DX on GameCube has all the Sonic Game Gear games on it. There are like... 10,000.
