I'd pay attention to 99Bullets. EnjoyUp games made two great games on the DS that I'm aware of: Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ and Chronos Twins. Those two titles are both above average, and LRRHZBBQ is a hellish classic.

Ah, I see. Nintendo probably wants established developers working on their systems. As Secret_Tunnel alluded to, Nintendo probably wants to avoid dealing with those such as.... "Bob."
