I'll get KoF '98, eventually.

But I picked up Garou! It's pretty sweet man. I don't know how I'm doing this stuff, but I sure am doing it! The T.O.P. system is interesting, and the animation is really nice, as well.

Nintendo (or Hamster) should really publicize some How To Play videos for the Neo Geo fighting games.

Awesome, man! Yeah, great game is great. Happy to hear you picked it up...er, downloaded it. Picked it down? I dunno.

Anyway, cool! Maybe I'll see ya on the leaderboards? What modes have you tried?

Just arcade mode. How many modes are there?

(Your namesake is a real bastard, by the way.)

There are four(ish) modes. Two version of Arcade Mode (both Japanese ver. and International ver.), a Survival Mode, and the High Score Mode. I don't think those are the official names of each mode, but that's essentially what they are.

As to your last bit of your post...crazy thing is? He's not even the FINAL final boss. Good luck...!

By the way, why aren't we talking about this over HERE?
