Well, this wasn't what I expected.
Pretty cool, but I wonder about the actual gameplay applications of it.
Also, I don't think it's head-tracking (specifically, eye-tracking, if that's what you were referring to), because he keeps moving the DS, not his eyes or head. I think it is just a jury-rigged tilt function that uses the cameras (most likely the external one). It would probably only be head-tracking if you mounted the DSi to your head (which seems dangerous, in the case of the XL).
