This was probably our best start to a bracket ever! 22 people voted and the people have spoken!… but we'll get to that later. Let's jump into the voting for Round 1B, as we'll be running this just as last time which keeps a bit of mystery and surprise throughout the bracket. For now, please enjoy the next phase of Round 1.


Next up is the Dragoon Bracket, named for the ridiculous 3-piece weapon which made its Super Smash Bros. debut with Brawl. It took three parts to come together in order to activate it and now it will take eight votes for any of these characters to move forward. Starting us off we have a truly randomized matchup against some Fire Emblem characters and then another with Kirby characters. Many beloved fan favorites are paired up so it looks to be another tough battle! Who will you choose? (Be sure to tell us why in the comments along with your votes!)

I don't get it. Dragoon is a reference to Kirby. Samus shows up in the fourth bracket I believe.

Well somebody should! There's currently less than 2 hours left in voting and we have a couple ties in this round as is. Four people who voted in the first round have not this time. I think this time around, for any ties, I will put the two contested characters in a Final Destination style match, no items, and level 9s. Three stock. Winner moves forward. That is, if there are any ties.

Hell, I should do that anyway and see how different this bracket would have been. lol Or at least it would provide an interesting stat on how much we agreed with 'fate'.

@DrFinkelstein Yep, it uploads to Youtube (once you link it to your Youtube account), and you can upload as many as you want. It can take some time to upload, though. Usually around 7-10 minutes per video when I do it. If 3-minute replays are too long, you can also upload a "highlight reel" that's under a minute or so.
