How is DK Jungle Climber? And does playing DS stuff on the Wii U work okay between the two screens, or is it disorienting?

Last but not least, where is Advance Wars 2?

@TriforceBun
I really like Jungle Climber. But I would imagine that it would be disorienting on the Wii U.

I'm raging on the streets so hard right now. I hope M2 never stops making these!

@TriforceBun DK Jungle Climber has a bit of a learning curve and can occasionally be somewhat frustrating, but I remember it mostly being pretty fun once you get the hang of it. I've heard good things about Wii U's DS emulation options, but if you're worried about that I'm pretty sure the game's GBA predecessor, King of Swing, is also available on Wii U. But I've never played that one and don't know what the differences are.

@nate38
It's not a dual-screen action game, for one. Most people think that Jungle Climber was a positive evolution of King of Swing, but King of Swing might be the better pick on Wii U.

Did they also release Streets of Rage or did they just jump to the sequel?

@sirmastersephiroth
The original is out there too.

If you guys haven't played Binding of Isaac yet, you really need to check it out.

Our friend TVandLust also had some good words for The Quiet Collection. They're old-school adventure games. Solve puzzles and stuff.

The DS emulation on Wii U is really amazing, I wouldn't hesitate for a millisecond on playing any DS game (if it was something I wanted to play, a category which Jungle Climber does not fall into). I really wish Nintendo would just dump the whole library on there, they'd make like $200 off of me the first day.

Anyone check out Isaac on 3DS yet? I want to buy it but it apparently has some issues. A patch has already been submitted to Nintendo to fix some of them, fortunately.

Psst, guys. You should get Isaac!

@OrbitalBeard

Like Guillaume alluded to on Twitter, Nicalis isn't very good about patching their games, even when the fix is coming in "a few days." I'd wait until it's fixed for sure.

@Anand
Yeah, this is kinda what I'm conflicted about. I think the core gameplay of the titles would be fun, but I'm not sure how much the Wii U split would interfere with Jungle Climber's gameplay.

@TriforceBun You can play DS games with both the top and bottom screen on a single display (TV or Gamepad).

I think this guy is playing off his TV. Looks fine to me.

What the heck! why isn't anyone talking about Dragon Fantasy?!

It's EXACTLY based on what it sounds like: Dragon Warrior + Final Fantasy.
WILL BUY THIS WEEKEND.

@Mr_Mustache

Guillaume is talking about it on Twitter. Sounds rather underwhelmed.

@Jargon

Aw, really? Bummmerrrrrr! What are the main dumpy points? Does it play like...a game made by somebody on Kickstarter?
