This sort of reminds me of Mighty Switch Force in some weird way, with a bit of Adventure Time thrown in (specifically the very different princesses). The music sounds great! Very jaunty and fun. Good stuff.

So clever! How has that not been done before? The only thing I could think of is that the ending of Braid kind of does this but not pushing it to such a level. Love the reverse boss fight idea. Any chance we'd get to play as a miniboss of some sort? There's so many things you could do with this idea.

I've dabbled, or at least thought about making a game, comic book, etc. where we see it from the perspective of the "bad guy." I put that in quotations since I am annoyed by the dichotomy of "good" vs "evil" in general media. It seems to me like you have to be either a cherub, or mustache twirling, saturday morning cartoon villain. There is little in-between when life is mostly in the grey area. Anyway, I digress, I'm getting too deep. I will probably pledge $10 over the weekend.

I just heard about this. I can't remember where I heard it first, though. Ugh, this is going to drive me crazy! WHERE DID I SEE THIS BEFORE?!?

Sweet tune you've got there, T-Bun. Reminds me of Rare stuff, just like it did Kris, but I think it's more of a Robin Beanland tune. Sounds like it could have been on the Conker soundtrack.

Thanks a bunch for your early pledges, guys!
Right now they're doing a promotional thing where if they hit 15k by the end of the night, one of the backers will raise his pledge by $1,000, giving this project a real early on. Since time is running short, if any of you were planning on backing this, it'd help us out a ton if you jumped in tonight!
Thanks to all of ya's either way.

@TriforceBunDo you know if they made it? I see this morning it's over $15,000 but who knows when that happened... hopefully the guy will back it with a grand anyway.

Everyone! Listen up! 4 hours left on this kickstarter and it needs a boost! It's just below $42K right now. It could potentially get to $50K with some help. Have you backed yet? Every little bit helps!
By supporting this, you're supporting TriforceBun too! It's a cool idea, great music, classic platforming gameplay with a twist... sounds like a good buy to me!

Thanks for the bump! That's right folks, it's over 80% of the way to its goal but it still has a few hurdles to jump in these last hours. The full theme song I wrote has been uploaded as well: Here

I upped my pledge by 300%! Less than two hours to see if they can get $5,000 more....
Hoping they do it! I'll find out in the morning!

Final Results for... Nefarious
$50,331 dollars raised! 1,194 backers! So by $331 dollars only they beat their goal. Wow. They were $10,000 down at least when the last 24-hours were hit. I did the little I could to help by pledging more and trying to get the word out there, but there were so many others who were doing the same too! The campaign in that comments section to get the game noticed in the last maybe four hours was just nuts. I feel proud of the effort for us all. Selfishly I feel glad I bumped my tier into one where my name will be in the credits as a supporter because I feel like that actually fits more than ever.

Man, that was down to the wire. They introduced a new tier with 15 minutes to go, and that helped bridge the gap a lot. It was also crazy to see how many people were showing up and commenting, watching the time limit. I've never seen anything like that, but it's exciting that it was funded! Thanks to everyone who contributed to this project.
