Brilliant music choices! As somebody who doesn't pay terribly close attention to music while I'm playing, it's great to hear in a setting like this. I also really appreciate all the punny djokes!

@Koovaps

Thanks Koo! Happy to hear it!

The show is only as good as the submissions, and we had a slew of great ones.

Have you submitted to Episode 004 yet? It's time bud!

Spooky songs and Town Themes are all the rage!

Fun ep. A lot of the snow music sounded like Christmas music. I always think it's interesting to musically analyze exactly WHAT makes a Christmas song a Christmas song. Of course, there are the sleigh bells and chimes and tinkly pianos. But there are certain types of chord progressions that are just particularly Christmas-y.

@Anand

Thanks! I forget, did you post in the 004 thread? I haven't popped in for a little bit but we are recording that within the week... so get your submissions in! I've got a Spooky Theme to end all Spooky Themes!

@DrFinkelstein
Of course! I already used Luigi for character themes, so I had to go to my Spooky runner-up.

Whoever picked that first song must be a sexy beast. It's so good. Piano!

Kirby's Epic Yarn is one of those games I don't really feel any need to play, but the music makes me want to. So damn good. Any other awesome songs you'd recommend from the game?

The whole soundtrack kind of instantly stood out as awesome to me, although I'm not thinking of anything specific offhand.

This maybe? Tons of wicked piano stuff in the soundtrack.

This one is pretty neat too. It's like an electro remix of a familiar Kirby song...

Oh wow, so that's the music I hear in the Radio Free Nintendo Podcasts! Never knew they were from Kirby's Epic Yarn. Cool.
