We hope you're not done with E3 yet because here we have another E3 2013 podcast for you from the folks at Negative World! Known as Episode 049 Part 2, in this episode we find Zero and DrFinkelstein discussing their experiences at the Best Buy Demo-events Nintendo put on this past week. The trusty NinSage is along for the ride with some special impressions of his own!
As per usual, the theme music comes from Negative World's owner, Zero. The interlude music is still nonexistent. There's too much content! We don't have time for interludes!
Please comment on the topics, the podcast, the guests, hosts, etc. on Negative World! You can also reach us through Facebook or Twitter. We'd love it if you went and gave us a glowing (but honest) review on iTunes also!
We did two last year, but they were so separate and after E3 that they didn't feel like special eps. This year we made it a point to be timely and topical to celebrate! I hope others don't skip this episode!
For Mega Man... I'd like to see him shoot to the middle of the screen and the overlay comes on like when the Mega Man bosses before a stage, but anyone in that middle section would get obliterated. It'd be like a single directional Samus Final Smash.
For the Villager... I think it'd be great to see him call on K.K. Slider to come out and attack people with his guitar, though maybe he can unleash a giant pitfall seed which freezes people in their tracks and allows for a ton of hits. Maybe it causes hits itself.
Mega Man's final smash could be Beat homing in on nearby opponents with massive "spike" attacks (I think that's the Smash term for a move that sends people off the screen). Or, it could be you hear the whistle from ProtoMan and then he comes on and obliterates everyone with his arm cannon.
As for Villager, I think his final smash will be .... hmm.... giving out menial tasks that require opponents leave the screen to accomplish. Of course, leaving the screen = ring out = LOSS! =P
I kinda like the idea of Protoman coming in to kick some ass but I wonder if fans would be bummed Mega Man didn't do anything himself for a final smash... hmm.
Mega Man's Final Smash should be the Rush Jet from Mega Man 3, because it's the most powerful, broken weapon in the history of the series, even beating the Metal Blades. If not that, then maybe one of the screen-clearing weapons? Rain down with Toad Man's weapon or attack everyone with Gravity Hold? Or maybe use the Bright Stopper from Mega Man 4 and freeze everyone for a while, allowing you to attack them freely?
