Bleh.

Though I have nothing to complain about, as I can't catch up with the good Wiiware games. One day I'll get Castlevania and LostWinds 2. One day...

I'm eventually going to get Monkey Island 5, but I need to download 4 first. Well, my wife did find full-time work, so soon I'll be able to afford more downloads. If only I could make more time...

Wow, that's some good DSiWare support. I might very well check out True Swing Golf Express and 5 in 1 Solitaire for 1000 points flat.

Yay-he-heeeyyyy! Finally, the Monkey Island finale!

Nearly two months after it released on PC it's here at last!

That's neat that they're using the DSi camera for a tilt game. I always thought it was possible. Wonder how well it works. Alex Kidd in Shinobi World sounds oddly intriguing...

That's kind of a neat idea, having a transdimensional character who visits a bunch of a company's franchises. The actual game is probably not that great, but still.

I'd probably read about it before I bought it.

edit - Oops, I thought I could count on Levi writing more than anyone would even want to read on this series no one cares about, but he barely mentions the game. I guess it's that forgettable.

Levi said:
Alex Kidd in Shinobi World, one of the last Master System games released in America in 1990, is an impish take on the arcade classic Shinobi. The game is frighteningly short for its ten $30 price tag -- just four stages. The game plays out somewhat like a parody of Shinobi, such as the first boss, which is a silly take on Ken-Oh. Never really a serious entry in the limited Alex Kidd canon, Shinobi World is desired more as a collector's item for franchise fans

I was gonna say the same thing, that's a ton of DSiWare support. Odd that EA would do Texas Hold 'em though. I wonder if it uses the camera any. Now you're not just bluffing with your bets, you can put on your best poker face! As for WiiWare, Tumblebugs 2 sounds like fun, but it will probably stink.

That camera utilization sounds pretty cool, actually.

I think it was released today in honor of Lady Gaga and Elton John's duet last night.

Or maybe not. I dunno. I want EA to get on porting Rock Band Mobile to Android, stat!

I wonder how deep True Swing Golf Express is? I have the retail release that I was able to snag from Best Buy... YEARS AGO ... I'm curious how much of the full game got into the "Express" version.

It's a fun game. I'm not even really that much into golf, but it's enjoyable.
